Dayne was born in Germany and raised in South Florida before moving to Ocala, where he has lived for the past 10 years. With a background in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Dayne brings a systems-driven mindset to his role as Operations Manager. His curiosity about financial markets and problem-solving skills led him to the financial services industry, where he ensures the firm runs smoothly behind the scenes. Though not client-facing, Dayne is passionate about creating reliable, compliant systems that allow the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two daughters, long-distance running, camping, church involvement, and recently learning guitar.
