The best way to send us your tax forms and other documents is through your Client Portal located on our website at the top right corner. It is the quickest and most secure way for you to send us your documents. If you do not have access to your Client Portal, call us and we can help you with logging in for the first time. You can also send us documents through a password-protected email or fax them to us.
If you do not have a way to electronically send us your documents, we are still receiving mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We just ask that you only send us documents using USPS.
We recommend downloading the free Adobe Scan Digital PDF Scanner app. You can take pictures of your documents or receipts from your phone them turn them into PDFs through this app. You then have the option to upload your scanned files to our portal.
All tax returns and forms will be sent for signature using DocuSign. The document will come through your email and will walk you through the steps on how to sign. If you do not have internet or email, please call us directly to discuss other options.
Once your tax return is prepared and filed, we will upload your return to your Client Portal located on our website at the top right corner. If you do not have access to your Client Portal, call us and we can help you with logging in for the first time or discuss other options that you may have.
We will be happy to return your original paper documents to you once the quarantine mandate has been lifted and our team is back in the building. If you need the documents immediately, ask your Relationship Manager and they can send you digital copies.
How can I meet with my Relationship Manager or Accountant to discuss important questions or address concerns I have surrounding my tax and financial situation?
Yes. We will continue meeting with individuals who need assistance filing their returns, needing financial advice, or have business questions per usual.
We expect a 2 - 4 week turnaround time from the time we receive your tax documents to the completion of your return depending on the size of your return and if we need additional information.
We cannot guarantee when our front doors will be open again. We are closely monitoring this pandemic and abiding by government mandates.
You can call us to pay over the phone, pay online via an emailed invoice, or mail us a check through USPS.
Yes. If you express your situation with your Relationship Manager, we can work through options to help you remain in good standing with us. We want to help you get through this.
